Data we may process

Depending on your interaction, we may process information you choose to send by email (name, company, email address, phone number and enquiry content) and technical security/access logs that may contain IP address, timestamp, URL, browser and similar hosting-generated information.

Purposes and legal bases

• Answering an enquiry and preparing a commercial relationship: pre-contractual steps when you contact us and, depending on the B2B context, legitimate interests in responding to professional enquiries.
• Managing an existing business relationship: performance of a contract or legitimate interests in managing B2B relationships.
• Website operation and security: legitimate interests in administering and protecting the infrastructure.
• Electronic marketing where consent is required: consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

Recipients

Data may be accessed by authorized TechLead Solutions personnel and, where necessary, technical providers acting according to their role. For projects involving Madagascar, Xtreme Services may be involved in handling an enquiry where required for the project and under the applicable contractual framework.

Retention

Prospect data used for business prospecting is generally retained for no more than three years from collection or the prospect’s last contact, unless a legal obligation, contractual relationship or another justified retention requirement applies. Customer data may be retained during the relationship and archived according to applicable accounting, tax or evidentiary obligations. Technical logs are kept for a period proportionate to security needs.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some technical providers may be established outside the EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, TechLead Solutions must use a transfer mechanism compliant with Chapter V GDPR where required (for example an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses together with appropriate supplementary safeguards).

Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, object to certain processing and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Contact form

The form in this static build does not directly submit data to a website server; it prepares a message in your local email application. The actual email is then processed by your email provider and TechLead Solutions’ email service.

Social links

The LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram buttons on the site are plain links. This build does not embed social-media widgets that automatically load third-party trackers before you click.
